Mike's Marvelous Muffins
My new favorite snack - chocolate protein muffins with peanut butter.... 258 cal, 10f 12c and 30 protein!
1 scoop chocolate whey, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 cup water, 1 egg white, 1 big spoonful of applesauce )(used homemade, no sugar just cooked down apples)... put in the bottom of 2 glass bowls microwave 1 min each then add pb on top...its good in the oven too...makes 3 muffins in a reg size muffin tin. 350 for 10min then let sit in pan for a couple min to finish...the microwaves just quicker :)
Or for those of you local to the Capital District (Albany NY), feel free to bring them to group on Thursday nights and I will get them from you there.
Remember some foods will work good for you but not for another. We are all different and unique. Only YOU know what foods work for you so proceed accordingly.
