Easy Mexican Skillet Dinner


Easy Mexican Skillet Dinner:
1 lb ground turkey (93 % or 99%)
1 can of soy beans rinsed and drained or 1 can black beans rinsed and drained (the black beans will have a higher carb count)
1 jar salsa
Chili powder (? Maybe a TBS)

Saute ground turkey in a skillet. About ½ way through cooking add chili powder. Sauté until completely cooked through.  Add drained beans and salsa and heat until it is simmering. Serve because it is now done!  You can eat as is or put over lettuce. You can add ff cheese or ff sour cream but that will add to the calorie count.
