New Mushie Food

1 large pack of SF vanilla pudding
1 container of low fat/non fat cottage cheese
1 container of your favorite low fat, no sugar yogurt ( you can use plain vanilla)
1 can of crushed pineapple (unsweetened or natural)

Mix the pudding as directed, add the cottage cheese (adjust it to the size batch you want to make less or more) then add your yogurt (again add as much or littleas you want to the size you are making) drain your pineapple and add the drained fruit (you can substitute a dufferent fruit for the pineapple), and mix. Cover and let chill, then enjoy.
