Pumpkin Ricotta Mousse
(1 serving)
1/4 C canned pumpkin (100% pumpkin not ready made pie filling)
1/4 C FF ricotta cheese
1 heaping tbs Splenda Granular
2 tbs vanilla protein powder
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Mix all ingredients together, top with a dollop of SF cool whip and enjoy
