Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
4 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 tablespoons sesame oil
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoon lime juice

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan over a medium to low heat until all ingredients become a smooth consistency. Serve with 1lb linguine or your favorite pasta or over shredded chicken. If you have leftovers, store leftovers of the pasta and peanut sauce separately, reheating in the microwave and then combining when you serve them.

red pepper strips
carrots, cut into matchsticks
baby corn
