What We Are Here For

We are all learning as we go to make this new way of eating easier to figure out.

There are so many foods that we can adapt to meet our need for higher protein and lower sugar and fat.

This blog is hopefully going to be a place where we can come to share and search for those recipies and food hints to help us succeed.

Please feel free to email me with any recipies you develop and want to add to the blog, include nutritional values if possible please.

Remember some foods will work good for you but not for another.

We are all different and unique.
